Great Tier 3 Solo Grind, Confirmed

Yep, I got 2 heavy gears within 30 seconds @ Tier 3, just like Corp had gotten.
A heavy gear is worth 5k cr on avg, current lowest buyout on AH is at 4.2k as of this post.
I got it in the arena, so double the epic.

I farm Dark King Gate, Tier 3...
...skip to T3 and the 1st Depth is a choice between a Deconstruction Zone and an Iron Edge Arena.
If u'r lucky, u'll see the arena right away, or you can simply wait up to 15 minutes for it to switch to the arena elevator.

So, I spent 10 ce (actually it was mist at the time) and got atleast an 8k profit just in 2 drops alone, besides the arena itself.
So, get to Tier 3 and there's bundles of moolah for ya.
The way there may not be all that easy, but if you can pay for your own runs in ce, I'd say you're financially stable... especially in the current market.
